Can sleep masks save your skin?

Can sleep masks save your skin?

At the very beginning, we started out on a mission to save our sleep. Not our skin. But the deeper we got into the science of it all, the more we learned about the benefits of beauty sleep. So it begged the question, could a silk sleep mask really make a difference? Well, we figured we should put it to the test and let the results do the talking.

So... the question on everybody’s lips. Does it work? Short answer, yes. Just not in the way an overnight face mask does. Nobody walked into the office looking ten years younger. We'd be suspicious if they had. What we did notice was subtler, and probably more convincing. Skin looked fresher. Sleep lines disappeared faster. But a little office test wasn’t quite enough to satisfy our curiosity, so we had a real clinical trial carried out.

What did we find out? 60% of participants showed an increase in facial skin hydration. 87% of participants showed a reduction in dark circles around the eyes. 60% of users showed a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles. 80% of participants claimed to have more radiant, clearer and brighter skin.*

See, your skin does most of its repair work while you sleep, so better sleep gives it a much better chance to get on with the job. A sleep mask helps by blocking out light, making uninterrupted sleep more likely. Then there's the silk. Smooth silk glides over skin instead of dragging at it, so you're not spending eight hours pressing your face into something that fights back.

Better sleep supports better-looking skin. Silk helps protect delicate skin while you get it. Sometimes the smartest beauty upgrade isn't adding another product. It's giving yourself an extra hour, ten minutes, or whatever you can to enjoy the benefits of a little extra beauty sleep, wrapped in silk.
